The theme of tonight’s run is “San Dieguito Half Marathon TEE-SHIRT Run”
We encourage everyone to wear a San Dieguito Tee-Shirt, if you don’t have one you can buy one tonight for only $5.00.
Tonight’s Hares are Fluff Boy, Penis Machinist, Goes Down Easy, Dogfish, with special Guest appearance by Interloper & Cat.
We have a short four mile trail planned with a bit of the usual off road trails, possibly an eagle trail.
If you are new to the Hash you may not know that every February San Diego Hashers either run in the San Dieguito Half Marathon or volunteer to assist Kathy Loper host the half marathon. Because of our efforts over $100,000 has been donated to San Diego Park Society for park improvements. I continue to support this effort because San Dieguito Half Marathon is the only Half Marathon at which after the run you can drink copious amounts of good beer in the beer garden. If you would like to participate as a volunteer next year’s half marathon you will have the opportunity to volunteer at tonight’s run, we need people on the course at Course Marshals stations, Water Stations, Registration & Cooks.
