Directions: Take 56 to Camino Del Sur. Drive north then left onto Carmel Valley Road. Left at 7- Eleven onto Torrey Del Mar Drive. Park is at the corner of Torrey Del Mar Drive and Kerry Lane.

Bring a headlamp and change of shoes! Your feet will almost certainly get wet and you will be on the back end of trail after sunset!!!!!!!!
If Carlsbad is Center Of The Universe, then Rancho Penasquitos is Center Of Suburbia. Join Swing Low and Shoulder in what is sure to be a safe and pleasant trail, surrounded by attentive neighbors who will be watching us and certainly notifying their respective HOAs about the dangerous situation presented by runners having fun near their homes. Trail is for hearty dogs ONLY--mostly fine but there is some heavy brush to get through towards the end. On In will be pooch friendly so feel free to bring the little stinkers along.
