Location: McD's Mexican Side (Plaza Viva Tijuana)
Directions: Take the trolley from Old Town down or drive and park on the US side of the border and walk across. Get in a taxi and tell them to take you to the Mickey D's at the above Plaza.
Run Fee: I think seven US; but bring more for taxis!

Dog friendly: No

Wearing a red dress (or less!) is an absolute requirement
