Directions: Take Interstate 8 West to Sunset Cliffs exit. Go left at the light onto Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. Take the first right hand turn onto West Point Loma Boulevard. Save your bacon by taking a right on Bacon Street into Robb Field. Meet near the rest rooms/shipping containers

Trail type: A to A, drive to B
On after: From Robb Field drive down Bacon to Voltaire. Make a left on Voltaire and stay on it until you reach the intersection of Catalina & Voltaire. Go left onto Catalina which immediately becomes Famosa. Take Famosa over Nimitz Blvd. After you cross over Nimitz the next left turn (after the Nimitz on-ramp) will take you into Bill Cleator Community Park. Meet at the far (north) end of the parking lot.

Lubricate those aching knees and ankles, drink some Geritol , dig out your road shoes, and cum to North County's Goundhog Day spectacular! Similar to Bill Murray's character in the namesake movie, it's Saturday and you're going to get up and go hashing again. It's stretching the definition a bit to call Ocean Beach North County, but it is north of Tijuana. Smell the salt air, chase down the hare, and I'll see you there.
