Parking at the dog park or street parking in the neighborhood. Folks tend to be there right after work then trickle out when gets dark so should hopefully have plenty of parking there.

Trail will be a live lay of 2-3 miles, one drink check with some off-road portions so stroller isn't recommended for the full trail but could do an out-and-back to the shiggy to get roughly the same mileage. (See M.C. Pee Pants to collect your on-stroller drink check before trail if this applies to you.) Trail is dog-friendly.
