Never hared before but want to learn how?
YOU could be the next Hare Superstar!
It's not a hash if we don't have hares and we always need NEW hares with FRESH ideas. If you have little or no experience as a hare, we need your help!
Come to the "12 Step Program for Hares" and learn everything you need to know about how to be a hare.
The first half of class will be a classroom portion with handouts covering the twelve steps, each of which will be followed by a Q&A session.
The second half of class will consist of a live practice session. Groups of three virgin hares, accompanied by an experienced hare, will practice planning and laying a short trail.
Class will be a maximum of four hours long and we finished the last one in just over three.
1) Attendance is limited, so you must RSVP "Going" on this event or contact Shoeless by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before class fills up. Directions and maps will be sent to all attendees.
2) It will be a lot of fun, but this is NOT a hash and it is NOT a party for hashers to attend. IT'S FOR NEW HARES ONLY. Leave your boy/girlfriends, dogs, cats, children, roommates, etc., at home.
3) Budget for food and drinks provided by the California Larrikins. Be sure to thank their mismanagement for their generosity and sign up to hare for them after you graduate.
