Location: 2601 Calle De Compadres, Alpine, CA 91901
Directions: Take I-8 East to Tavern Road exit for Alpine. Turn left (East) on Alpine Blvd. Turn right at second stoplight, S Grade Rd. Go > 1 mile, turn left on Calle De Compadres for street parking. (If full, may also park on dirt to side of S Grade Rd, but OFF the paved bike path.)

This is a first! (You're Number One!) Hash a scenic Turkey or Baby Eagle trail in Alpine and then enjoy a unique ON IN ~7 minutes, 4 miles away! Only one catch--simply not enough "normal" parking at On In, so carpooling is necessary.
Solution! Trail will be A to A, with a B-van. From the ending, you MUST carpool with 3-4 others (or more if ya get up close and personal) to the to-be-posted (s'hhh, now private) On In at point B.
Probably best for most to carpool to Alpine runstart in the first place, but it's NECESSARY to the On In, as it has space for 6-7 cars only. Sorry, absolutely no street parking within a mile of On In on paved bike lanes. You have been warned, so you WILL make this work and have a blast! Teamwork means you get to sit next to slimy, dirty hashers or miss your Shire destination, reserved for party business! Craft brew, Dogfish's brunch, enchanting ending (better than happy? Well, you can make it happy.)
