HARING CHECKLIST FOR THE NORTH COUNTY HASH (NCH3)

Here are some details, hints and helpful links for hares...

• 4 hares cum 4 free. If you need help with trail, beer checks or keg tending - post on the FB group.
• The budget (for 2023) is $275 per run - which includes food, beer checks and dry-goods
• For first timer hares, detailed Haring Guidelines are available.
• Saturday Before: Pick up dry-goods bins at the hash.
• Tuesday; Get the Google Map Link for your run start (see instructions if unfamiliar on how to do this), and post your runstart on SDH3.com (The NCH3 FB admin will create a FB event)
• Thursday: Email Beermeister where to set up keg.(mikefbarlow@outlook.com)

Saturday Morning

• Provide Hare Lies to GM
• Hares-Away at 10:00am sharp. Pack-Away at 10:15am. Ready or not.
• A hare needs to watch the keg and coolers from 10:15 to 11:15.
• Submit your receipts to nch3events@gmail.com
