Notes:
Take the extra half-hour drive East on I-8 from mid-San Diego to Alpine to run, jog or walk a beautiful trail, followed by a wonderful On In at The Shire. (If you don't know, ...) Enjoy a yummy home-made lunch prepared by Goes Down Easy with the usual (outstanding) NC brew outside. Also welcome co-hare Clit 101 to the NCH3.
This scenic trail is short by NC standards, probably 4.5 miles, so you will have time to relax at the On In after down downs until we blow the keg, and the optional On After tempts you to enjoy the great Alpine Beer Company Pub.
Designated drivers encouraged, carpooling "mandatory" (WTF, a rule?) Easy parking at runstart, but the On In (4-mile drive from A) has a 7-car limit on the property, and another 3-4 on the shoulder. So best not to have > 10 cars leave the point A start/end. Think ~5 hashers per car! CARPOOLING from North County, park and rides, etc. is best, so please plan aHead!
More details to cum, but the runstart is now official! CB will invite curious small groups at a time inside to tour his tiny home.
