Pull out that Dirndl and dust off those Lederhosen! After a 2 year Covid hiatus LJH3 Oktoberfest returns to Poway!
This year Herr Ubergibt sich/Bleibt oben (AKA Mr. Throws up/Stays up) has joined the LJH3 Oktoberfest team and he promises to set "ein netter schoener Lauf" that is both "kurz und flach".
It is our good fortune that Master Chef Herr Ken Johnson has elected to cut short his Asia adventure and return to San Diego so that he can cook for us for Oktoberfest. Herr Johnson wants to tickle our palates with his famous Apfelstrudel and he will also be preparing his Rotkohl and SauerKraut. Vielen Dank Herr Johnson!
Also returning this year is Chef Frau Olson and her Sous Chef Herr Jeff. They will be preparing their Weltbekannt Kartoffelnsalat. Lecker! koestlich! Ausgezeichnet! Wir haben das grosse Glueck gute Freunde wie die Olsons zu haben!
To round out the evening there will also be Bratwurst (traditionelle Bratwurst und Huehnerbratwurst), Frisch gebackene Brezeln (fresh baked pretzels), Musik und viel Spass!
Bavarian attire suggested.
No dogs ...(keine Hunde bitte...Die Katzen moegen es nicht!).
Special event guest fee $10 (no extra cost for members).
Park on Martincoit or Orchard Gate.
Bring chairs. Chairs will not be provided.
