Wax's 25th Anniversary of Hashing Run

Address: 1465 Paint Mountain Road, Escondido, CA 92029.
Directions: Find your way to Canyon De Oro Road and park near the intersection with Paint Mountain Road. Please do NOT come up the driveway - street parking only. From the southwest, there's a shortcut from I-5 through Olivenhain via Rancho Santa Fe & Lone Jack Road to Fortuna Ranch Road. From the northwest, best route is any road to San Elijo Road to Elfin Forest Road to Fortuna del Este. From points east, take Harmony Grove Road past the Elfin Forest Reserve to Fortuna Del Este.

On after: Guests may hang out poolside for a few hours after the run. Feel free to bring a 6-pack or beverage of your choice for after the beermeister leaves.

Notes:
Lacking anything better to commemorate, this run will occur 25 years, give or take a few weeks, after Wax started hashing in 1998. So come young, come old to help celebrate with the usual Wax run along Escondido Creek, followed by the usual Wax meal and the usual Wax pool party. Mixed BBQ grill is on the menu. Dogs (not on the menu) are welcome but please keep them out of the house. NOTE: Everyone will be asked to sign a liability waiver to allow running on property owned by the Escondido Creek Conservancy and Olivenhain Municipal Water District.
