Hector the bar employee I spoke with Sun 9-17 used to run cross country, and more importantly ran a beer mile in 9:15. Katie will be our bartendress. There is a back patio (ala The Hearth House) that is dog friendly. 4 mile turkey / eagle / supereagle (yup, one trail) - you can easily figure out ways to get less mileage.
It is fall people! It is time to put away your seasonal goth attire, and wear some light colored outfits, and bring a candle, torch, or head / flashlight. El Cajon is #13 nationally for pedestrian deaths.
Fingerbang was given a choice between a run start in downtown La Jolla and El Cajon, and thought this would be novel.
If you wish to dress up, try duplicating Senator Fetterman, or envision Whore Door and SFL OnlyFan outfits.
