Thomas Bros:1190 F3 (we still have one) Run Fee: $8 Trail type: A to A, drive to B Dog friendly: Trail Only Notes: At last Iron Rule, we did hills, so this week we will do flat. The start is in scenic Old Poway. Since Poway is known for its good roads most of the run will be on streets but there will be a few off-road sections that are just as well maintained. Some areas on trail do not like dogs, so you may have to go around. B is located at Casa Sharp 13652 Poway Springs Rd. The Jacuzzi will be available so bring swimsuit and towel. Also bring a flashlight.
