Did you know? Pickles did not make their appearance in North America until 1492. Pickles were included in sailors' rations to prevent the onset of scurvy. They have other medicinal properties so we hear and we have it on good authority that this trail will be kind of a big dill! So at this time!!! Cum celebrate National Pickle Day with us as we go on a romp near the bay, pickle and sandwich related costumes encouraged. There will be pickle backs, pickle/cucumber related noms and ones for the non pickle eaters (it's okay more pickles for us!).
