Directions: "Rancho Bernardo Community Park" in Rancho Bernardo. We are using the most eastern parking lot.

On after: Bring a cozy sweater and a chair. We often just hang where circle ends for a while. After all, we already have coolers full of refreshments :)
Dog friendly: Yes
Notes:
Yeah yeah I know Rancho Bernardo is a little bit of a drive, but weekends are for getting away from the city & crowds. Come north to where air is fresh, trails are less trafficked, and beer flows freely. The whole area is dog friendly. Shiggy socks recommended. Trail is about five miles and has at least two beerchecks.
Update: rain is expected. The park has a large gazebo we can use for circle. I am bringing a propane heater too. Bring dry clothes for after.
Update: we usually use the east parking lot, but if the rain is too much, we will be under or near the GAZEBO which is near the southwest parking lot.
Food Hare: Pop Rocks will warm your bones with a hot meal after trail.
