Directions: Take I-5 to Avenida Pico, go inland to Calle Amanecer, turn right, then right on Calle Negocio into the Pacific Pointe Corporate Center Plaza.
To walk to the Brewery from the Pacific Pointe Corporate Center.. Exit the plaza via the street you drove into the plaza on (Calle Negocio), Make a right on Calle Amanecer, and then make your first right into driveway around US Samson Inc.. The run is sponsored by Friends of Walking Small H3. Amy McMarathon will be collecting funds; all proceeds after expenses will go to Small's wife, Mooner, to assist with cremation costs.
Hares off between 10:30 AM and 10:45 AM, from the Pacific Pointe Corporate Center. There will be a running trail (3.5-4 miles) and a walker trail (2 miles) with two beer checks. The Prebrief will include a "small" ceremony to honor him. The "On In" at Artifex Brewery (919 Calle Amanecer Suite A, San Clemente, CA 92673) will include food, drinks, and an open mic for sharing stories about Small. NOTE: Parking at Artifex Brewery is very limited so it is suggested you walk from Pacific Pointe Corporate Center.
