Pre-lube: 6pm holding check in The Bali Hai - each consumes 1 Mai Tai to prep you for trail inhibitions. The Mai Tai will provide you with an invisibility cloak and double as salad parasite prevention.

OMG, great easy parking AND great sights! A headlamp might be useful if you are walkin, or have ADHD and run afta squirrels, sea gulls, or bright shiny things. A stretch of VIRGIN TRAIL (probably for good reason, we'll find out the hard way)! Some out of the ordinary fun is planned for on trail - the last time this was done, that feature ended up being the highlight of the run. Fun scenic virgin on in spot, but optimal to bring a jackie and chair. 2 drink checks, 1 scenic, and 1 just afta a scenic stretch.
Wear your funnest pair of underwear bottoms over your running shorts!
